Bharat, a mechanical engineer by qualification, brings over 35 years of IT industry experience across India and the US. He joined Sansa to bring structure, efficiency and strategic clarity to operations. With deep expertise in project management and training, he has been instrumental in building systems, streamlining processes, and scaling execution across departments.
Since its 2017 inception, the Sansa family has blossomed, becoming a vital source of income for over 100 rural families, with a strong focus on empowering rural women through employment.
