Pneumatic Blister Packaging Machine

Our pneumatic blister packaging machine has been expertly engineered and designed. It is one of a kind, since it is the only machine in the country which has been programmed using PLC. It requires an external compressor. Our machine includes:

• Main MCB
• Current metre
• Indicator
• On/Off switch
• Heating plate with PID temperature controller, which keeps the temperature even throughout the plate and saves electricity
• Airmax gas cylinder
• Selec ©  PLC, which includes:

                        - Counter

                        - Timer

                        - Temperature controller

Fitted with quality, branded components from Selec ©, Airmax©, and other ISI approved brands, our machine has been designed to minimise power usage, while maintaining a very quick operation time and a very user friendly control interface. It also comes with a 1 year warrantee.
